About our trade-in program

We are a sustainable brand committed to protecting our environment for generations to come.

 We make sure every garment we create and every trainer we craft can be either composted, recycled or is biodegradable. We are boldly pioneering new ways to source and create fabrics that ensure we are giving back to the earth, not taking from it.

This is where our trade in programme comes in, meaning all our products continue to be part of our bio-circular cycle. By trading your old items in with us, all our products can be re-used again.

Why aren't all my products eligible for trade-in?

We accept most items for trade-in however, there may be certain items that at this time are not eligible. We're open about it being a brand new program for us, and indeed the industry, so we'll be evolving it continually and the more uses we find for the products traded in, the more products we can take back.

How much will I receive for my items?

The amount of credit we offer for each item is clearly shown on the trade in pages. Once you have confirmed your trade-in, that value won’t change.

As a guide we will offer a discount code of the following values:

All products can be traded in:

Leather 20%

Silks 15%

Knitwear 15%

Shoes 15%


How long will it take until I receive my credit?

We aim to process all trade-ins within 7 days of receiving them.


How much does it cost to send back?

Postage to return the products is a flat fee of £5 of which Aqua & Rock will cover half the cost.

What do you do with the product?

The returned clothing will not go to waste. We make sure every garment we create and every trainer we craft can be either composted, recycled or is biodegradable.
